4. Tracking & Order Status

4.2 You can track your order through the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

5.1 International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5.2 My.Jae is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

6.1 My.Jae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
6.2 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage for assistance.

7. Address & Order Modifications

7.1 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
